Autonomous systems parachute services provider ParaZero continues to its solution to the most popular industrial drones from DJI.

It makes business sense too; who would want to make accessory products for commercial drones that never leave their shelves?

So ParaZero, an aerospace company focused on drone safety systems for commercial drones and urban air mobility aircraft, has announced that it is extending its safety systems offering to one more DJI commercial drone; the DJI M30.

The M30 is DJI’s latest enterprise drone; and now consumers can ensure its safety during flight missions by hitching to it ParaZero’s SafeAir M30 Pro.

According to a statement from the manufacturer, the SafeAir M30 Pro mitigates flight risks autonomously. The system is reportedly equipped with integrated sensors that continuously monitor and analyse the drone’s flight patterns to identify any indications of a critical failure.

When triggered, the SmartAir Pro – ParaZero’s onboard computer – responds with an instantaneous activation of the SafeAir system; which will result the system cutting power to the drone, alerting people on the ground with an audible alarm, and releasing a lightweight parachute that would bring the drone to the ground in a safe, controlled descent.

“We continue to expand our market reach by adding new compatible SafeAir systems for popular drone models,” said Boaz Shetzer, Chief Executive Officer of ParaZero.

“Our consumer product line includes more than 10 models, offering our customers with advance safety system, ensuring the safety of their surroundings as well as their own drone.”

The manufacturer’s statement added that ParaZero’s innovative parachute technology has already helped organisations acquire regulatory approvals for advanced operations, including autonomous flight beyond visual line of sight (BVLOS), operations over people (OOP), operations in densely populated areas, and drone delivery, by providing a robust safety solution to mitigate ground risk in the event of an emergency.

The SafeAir DJI M30 Pro parachute recovery system would be available for purchase on ParaZero’s official website and through authorised distributors worldwide.
